Clean hotel, fantastic rooms, great location to a fabulous island in a fabulous nation. Location very close to Very close to the underwater caves as well as Sabang underwater river, the pools and relaxation. Great food in the restaurants such as Earl's Rib Palace- Edmond, located 5 min away.

The hotel's location was amazing, close to local tourist attractions and convenience stores within walking distance. We stayed for 6 nights and loved the Sabang district. We had a varied meal in the morning and some outstanding food at the pool bar.

I liked the location and that it was 'everyone' friendly - there was a huge range of people staying there - from young European couples to retired Korean holiday makers. The location is beautiful and the staff are absolutely amazing. We did have a few problems with the room but it was dealt with very quickly. Saying that, the rooms are great - all non-smoking but if you do want to smoke you can on your balcony or garden. The resort is right beside (few mins walk) the wharf that takes you to the underground river and its very well organised. Pool is fantastic and the spa. Also, gay friendly which is important for us - it didn't seem to matter as the resort hosted a huge range of people. Even the president of the country stayed there, arriving on the helipad they have onsite. I highly recommend it, only a few shortfalls.
There is a problem with the food outside of the breakfast served every morning. Many things on the menu weren't available and the food that was there wasn't up to the standard that it should be - like out of sync with the resort experience. I hope they get this sorted. Also, because of the onsite electricity generator, there is constant noise on the mountain side rooms on the south building - so much we asked to change rooms (which they organised for us straight away). These are the only two things wrong with the resort from my experience.

Quaint restaurant, but the food was top-notch! 🍽️ the private bathroom had a pleasant surprise with a bidet. the location was a bit secluded but gave a peaceful vibe.

1- Location . 2- Excellent view .
1- Only one restaurant , bad to normal food & bad management. 2- Always disconnecting in the electricity . 3- Very low speed internent & some time disconnect. 4- No entertainment in the beach ( jetsky , banana , parachute,..... ) 5- No night life .

The beach
The fact that Booked.net screwed up our bookings and it cost us an extra 600.00 that we didn't have in the budget. The service was slow, no ice machine and room service took 45min to an hour to deliver ice. The food was always cold.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful beach resort. the facilities were top-notch and the staff was incredibly helpful. I accidentally booked a Twin room, but they kindly gave us a Double room instead. the buffet had a great variety of delicious food, and we were impressed by the quality. the beach was stunning, surrounded by lush hills and clear blue waters. We even got to see monkeys and lizards in the wild. the location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. we highly recommend Sheridan Beach Resort & Spa. Cons: Nothing all excellent! 😊.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs we had. The location of the hotel was great, being right by the beach and offering beautiful views. The large swimming pool was a definite highlight, providing a refreshing break from the heat.
Some of the facilities and rooms were showing signs of wear and tear, which could use some updating. The breakfast buffet could have been better, with room for improvement in terms of variety and quality.

This resort is located on a tropical island and is very close to a beautiful beach. It is also in a convenient location for visiting the underground river, as it is close to the jump, off point. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with hot water and working air conditioning. the pool is stunning, and there is also a safe in the room. the staff are friendly and well, trained, and the resort is very family, friendly.
The restaurant could be improved, but there are other dining options nearby.
